Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Aristocoded LLC ("Aristocoded," "we," "us") builds software with privacy as a default, not an add-on. This policy explains what we collect through our studio website, product pages, and forms, why we collect it, and what choices you have. This is a studio-level policy; individual products may provide their own, more specific privacy notices.

1. Information we collect

We aim to collect the minimum necessary to operate.

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact or waitlist forms, we receive the email address and any details you choose to include (such as your name and message).
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
  • Product-specific data. Our apps and products may have their own privacy notices that describe the data they collect, store, sync, or transmit.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your message, notify you about products you asked to hear about, and operate and improve our website and forms. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our website.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate — for example, our web host and our email delivery provider. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own terms.

5. Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them when they're no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If a product has its own privacy notice, use the contact method listed there for product-specific data requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws. Those rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of certain sharing or sales, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children

Our website and forms are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
